It is said that the CPU IDLE TIME cannot be 0; where is this value set during configuration?
This IDLE TIME refers to the idle time during each second of the CPU’s scanning cycle. The more IO modules you have, the more functional blocks there are, and thus the shorter the IDLE TIME. It’s just like the usage percentage that you can see in Windows Task Manager on your own computer. The more web pages you have open, as well as the more WORD/EXCEL/PDF or other applications, the higher its utilization rate will be. If it remains at 100% for a long time, it is very likely to crash.
