I’ve received an offer, but I’m hesitating about whether to accept it. The basic salary is very low, at ¥2500; I’m not sure how much the bonuses will be. The annual salary would be calculated as (2500 + bonuses + subsidy for professional certification (3000)) * 15. I graduated with a master’s degree two years ago, but I have only passed the basic level of the professional certification exam so far. I won’t be able to receive the 3000 yuan subsidy until at least the end of next year. What’s it like at this company? Is there a lot of work? Are there any large or medium-sized projects? And how is it for personal development? Does anyone who knows it know anything about this?
2500 – the bonus hasn’t even been agreed upon; it’s not enough to cover living costs in Hangzhou, let alone rent, food, and transportation. . . It’s hard to imagine

There’s a newly established Class B engineering company here; aside from the two supervisors in the technical department, everyone else are students who graduated last year, with a basic salary of around 5,000. Additionally, the housing prices in Jiangning District, where the company is located, are 25,000 per unit; these prices are significantly higher within the same radius compared to Hangzhou
