Complain a bit. Living in the capital isn’t easy!
Living is never easy anywhere; haven’t housing prices in Shenzhen risen sharply again recently! In a few days, it will be turn of the Imperial Capital and the Demon City!
When have housing prices ever dropped? If they do, **how can one make money then?**
House prices in Shenzhen have never dropped; with the development of the Qianhai Free Trade Zone, prices were set at 370,000 yuan per square meter, even though it was just a gimmick. Degree housing? It’s still because I want to get into a good school. Especially those with only one child. Why do we have to crowd in big cities? Aren’t small cities good?
But in small cities, with an economy that isn’t strong, where do they get the money to hire good teachers? These days, it’s all about money.:)
I think an ordinary school is fine; although the environment plays a role, it’s mainly one’s own efforts that matter. The environment accounts for at most 30 percent, maybe even less. Even the best schools have poor students, and even the worst schools have good students.
The fact that the original poster is able to consider buying a home in an area with good school districts in the capital city shows that they do have considerable financial resources
There are always setbacks in life; the key is to maintain a positive mindset and spread more positivity.
Was the house prepared for you workers? That’s too naive.
I can’t even afford a school-zone house in a small city!
