Let’s discuss whether the passing score will change this year Should we consider the overall level, or still use a 60% pass rate?
I think it should still be 60% for passing, after all the standards weren’t changed even though there’s such a big difference in difficulty between levels 12 and 14.
The passing threshold will not change, and it certainly won’t be lowered due to a low pass rate. Even if the pass rate is zero, the threshold will not be reduced – that’s for sure!
60% passed? Even during the flood 12 years ago, the pass rate wasn’t this high; it’s the scores that matter

It’s unlikely to change. Over the years, the passing scores for the exams organized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development have remained stable; only in the case of the Level 1 municipal engineering exam has the passing score dropped by 8 points over 15 years, with no changes in all other cases
