Pipeline thermal insulation

Currently, the steam pipes in unit 219 are insulated; the steam pressure is 0.5 Mpa and the temperature is 150 degrees. The pipes are insulated with 15mm thick rock wool. By how much should the outer surface temperature of the pipes be higher than the ambient temperature after insulation?
Isn’t your insulation layer too thin?

With this thickness, it can maintain a temperature of 50 degrees on the outer wall, but the material is not rock wool
