When it occurs, can the reboiler at the bottom of the tower be increased to raise the reflux ratio? 2. For adjusting the distillation tower, is it better to use reboiling or reflux at the bottom of the tower?
The operation of the tower is disrupted; for example, if flooding occurs in the tower, the products at both the top and bottom of the tower will be of poor quality. To adjust the operation, adjustments should be made to both the top and bottom of the tower
Lowering the feed temperature, increasing the reflux ratio, and raising the reboiler load occur simultaneously.
A distillation tower has an operating line, which makes it easier to understand when compared to that operating line!
