2016 Union Records of the Refining Division: Difficulties and Demands

The factory’s party committee sent two teams to the workshop to investigate me, and they came up with two false conclusions regarding me. I responded with a response of over 10,000 words to refute those claims; that response is still kept in the factory’s party committee office, and I also have a copy for my records. In recent years, I have helped colleagues across the country solve numerous production-related challenges, as evidenced by the DCS operation screens and my documentation, which fully demonstrate my professional capabilities and sense of responsibility, as well as my fulfillment of the company’s social responsibilities. As I approach retirement, I earnestly ask the union to do what is right so that I can retire with no regrets. Ladies and gentlemen, we are eager to find talented people, while here we are stifling talent. Is it too much to make this request now?
A person’s abilities are not solely reflected in their work; such is the reality of this society. With effort, it might be possible; without effort, it definitely won’t be, and this holds true for ordinary people.
There are so many things; it’s hard to explain! It could be the company’s, or it could be one’s own.
It’s not excessive; it’s too difficult for ordinary people to do legitimate things and have them recognized by the authorities. Quit and find a wise private entrepreneur to work for.
Old experts still have the work mindset of young people. There was a post in which you were suggested to take on a leadership role, but you refused it yourself; now again... It seems like heroes have no place to show their skills; P
You’re right; they won’t let me operate a functioning device, and only after it’s damaged do they ask me to take over and act as the leader. Only a fool would do such a stupid thing – I know full well that I can’t handle it, yet I still try. Isn’t that asking for trouble? Those who cause destruction are not held accountable; such a thing does not exist in any country in the world. I might as well offer my technical expertise to other factories to prove my ability to work.
Looking at the fact that those who end up in such positions now are all leaders, it shows that being a leader isn’t that easy either. . . .
There are two types of leaders: those who are willing to take responsibility, and those who lack the ability to get by. Since you have chosen me, those who are incompetent should step down. Otherwise, while I’m working hard, what kind of life is he leading? It’s better for us all to die together. When the company fails, I still have my skills to seek employment elsewhere; I still have a side job to support myself.
