What is the typical flue gas temperature in the smoke exhaust ducts of a 6.25-meter coke oven? If you know, please let me know. Generally, the DCS system of coke ovens should have temperature values for each flue, right? I have observed the temperatures in the flue channels of several 5.5-meter coke ovens; on average, these temperatures are above 280 degrees. The temperature in the flue channels changes depending on the direction of operation
The temperature of the flue for heating coke oven gas is around 300 degrees, while the temperature of the flue for heating blast furnace gas is around 270 degrees
