The boiler generates a considerable amount of ash and slag per hour; how do you usually deal with it? Sell, for free, or at a loss?
There are companies that buy it. Concrete mixing plants need fly ash, and slag can be used for road foundations
The key issue is winter: the concrete mixing plants stop operating, and construction work also comes to a halt. Hundreds of tons of waste are generated each day, and storing such amounts causes a lot of disturbance to the local residents.
Temporary storage! It’s the same principle with coal piles in winter! Good building materials, really great
Unlike coal piles, which are covered by heavy snow in winter, ash and slag are continuously piled up there; when the northwestern wind blows, dust is generated in large quantities, affecting the surrounding environment. The environmental protection authorities will also come looking for problems.
We are biomass boilers; transporting the ash and slag incurs costs, so no one develops them.
How much is it at a loss per ton? Can biomass ash be used to make compound nitrogen fertilizers? There are fertilizer factories that buy them.
In metallurgy, after slag treatment, the waste heat boilers must be returned to the material processing stage, as their composition contains valuable elements.
Currently, there is a loss of about 10 yuan per ton. No organizations are engaged in research and development in this field; after all, biomass ash contains a high amount of potassium, making it perfectly suitable for use in compound fertilizers.
