Our company has asked several companies for quotes regarding the purchase of electrolyzers, and the prices offered vary quite significantly. It seems that the models used by different companies are different, as are the accessories, so we’re not sure how to compare them I’m seeking help from all the seniors~

The mainstream electrolyzers currently in use are those produced by Beihua Machinery, Asahi Kasei, ChloTech, and Wood. The electrolyzers manufactured by Beihua Machinery and Asahi Kasei are basically identical; their production processes are similar as well； The other two are different from each other ； For comparison, it can be considered from several aspects: 1. Payment methods: The electrolyzers produced by Beihua Machinery offer the most flexibility, making them suitable for those with limited financial resources; whereas the other payment methods are more rigid and better suited for those with sufficient funds who can make a one-time payment. 2. In terms of operational procedures: Beihua Machinery and Asahi Kasei are similar in this regard; during long periods of shutdown, the operations are more complicated, as it is necessary to drain liquid and clean the tanks. The chlorine processing process is easier to handle, as there is no need to drain liquid or clean the tanks ； But if slotting is required, chlorine engineering is rather troublesome. I’ve never used Woody, so I’m not familiar with the process. 3. In terms of cell design: All current electrolyzers are membrane electrode distance electrolyzers. Those produced by Beihua Machinery and Asahi Kasei have a membrane electrode distance of 2.7, while those from Chlora Engineering have a value of 3.267. Since the membrane electrode distance differs, the number of cells required to achieve the same production volume also varies. Thank you~ It wasn’t just Beihua Machinery that provided quotes; several private manufacturing companies did as well. The electrolytic cells they offered are of small size, and I’m not sure if there is a significant difference between them and those produced by Beiji Machinery and Chlorine Engineering. .
It is said that some of the manufacturers who currently repair electrolytic cells can also produce them; they are probably large-scale enterprises. As for specific parameters and such, I haven’t had any experience with them, so it’s really hard to say
