Who knows which units in China have good technology for repairing the babbitt layer of bearing shells?

As the title suggests, several sets of bearing shell clearances have exceeded the specified limits; I would like to recast a babbitt layer, and that’s why I’m reaching out for advice from experts!
There is a good one in Hunan; it seems to be Hunan Chongde. You can check it out!
I used to work in Zhuji, Zhejiang
Find an experienced blacksmith with good skills to do it; the craftsmen from Lutianhua will work fine
Regarding bearing bushes, I personally think it’s better to have them manufactured by professional manufacturers. Jiangyan Huayu, with whom we have worked together in the past, seems like a good choice.
Chongde in Hunan is quite good; working with them is pleasant.
