There is a pipeline route in the unit, with the design direction being from the unit (at a higher elevation) outward. If it is necessary to feed material from outside (at a lower elevation) into the unit (at a higher elevation, where there are many gantries), could this result in air existing in the empty sections of the pipeline, thereby causing the pump used for feeding materials to run out of fluid? Are there any detailed guidelines or regulations that explicitly prohibit this type of piping design?

I have seen one or two high points, but such high points need to have exhaust systems and must be easy for people to access in order to carry out operations there. Under normal circumstances, operators cannot climb onto the gantry.
Place a pump at the highest point on each gantry; after turning P past the first gantry, can’t it move horizontally?
This is not allowed; it makes it difficult to vent the pipeline, and it has a significant impact on the pump

Could this cause air in the empty sections of the pipeline to reach the plant’s feed pump and lead to pump cavitation? It can be emptied through the pump outlet
