In chemical production, the media used in most processing units are flammable and explosive, and very little ignition energy is required to set them on fire. When leaks or accidents occur during production, flammable and explosive gases, liquid vapors, suspended dusts, or fibers combine with air to form combustible mixtures; in such situations, even weak static electric sparks generated by materials, equipment, structures, or human bodies can lead to fires or explosions, posing a serious threat to safe production. If static sparks are carried by a person as they walk and reach the production area, they can become a dangerous ignition source that is highly mobile, difficult to detect, and hard to control. Therefore, static electricity poses a significant threat to safe production, product yield and quality, the stable operation of equipment, and environmental protection, and cannot be ignored. Therefore, how should static electricity be prevented during production to take precautions in advance?
Static bonding of flanges, grounding of equipment, lightning protection inspections twice a year~!
By what means is this detection carried out?
This needs to be sent to the local meteorological bureau for on-site testing, and a test certificate will be issued upon completion~!
