Common air separation filling uses manual or mechanical filling. 1. When mechanically filling with pearlescent sand, it is fired on-site; a pipe is used to deliver the sand to the top of the tower, enabling fully automatic sand filling. Pressure air is utilized for this process, but this results in the sand particles becoming too fine, which affects its usability. But it’s simple to operate and has no impact on the environment. 2. Manually filled pearlescent sand is filled in bags on-site; these bags are transported to the construction site and then filled manually. This method involves more steps compared to the mechanical approach.
