An explosion of fireworks and firecrackers in Dezhou, Shandong results in 5 deaths. At around 3 p.m. on the 24th, an explosion occurred at someone’s home in Jiulongmiao Village, Huangheya Town, Decheng District, Dezhou City, Shandong, due to the illegal storage of fireworks and firecrackers there.
