The storage tank has been changed from normal pressure to slight negative pressure, with a design pressure of 2000 Pa positive and 500 Pa negative, and it is equipped with a nitrogen purge system. Are there any better protection measures besides installing breather valves and emergency pressure relief manholes? Since these breather valves and pressure relief manholes are installed on the top of the storage tank, which is 17 meters high, maintenance work becomes unsafe, and it is said that they tend to malfunction in winter. Is there no surveillance system? Pressure sensor, level sensor.
