Dear experts in wastewater treatment, our company’s wastewater treatment systems are equipped with many submersible sewage pumps manufactured by Shanghai Pump Factory. These pumps have a very high failure rate, and both the repair costs and operating expenses are high. We are now considering changing the design of these pumps; do any of you have any good suggestions? Modifications for submersible sewage pumps or good suppliers.
We are using ZW-type self-priming sewage pumps, and they seem to work fine; anyway, all the pumps that were added recently are of this type
Agree with the person above; it can be replaced with a self-priming pump designed for use on land, such as the ZX ZW type. If the medium is corrosive, a fluorine-lined FZB self-priming pump can be used.

We also used submersible pumps for sewage discharge, and indeed their failure rate was very high. Now, process wastewater pumps have been replaced with above-ground self-priming pumps, diaphragm pumps, or self-priming centrifugal pumps. Submersible sewage pumps are still used for lifting domestic wastewater, as self-priming pumps are prone to having their inlets clogged by the impurities present in domestic wastewater.
Our company’s business is not limited to the domestic market; our products are exported overseas to various countries such as Iran, Pakistan, Russia, and many others! Looking forward to working with you! ! ! :handshake
