Severe caking occurs in the coils of the dry bed and cold bed

The caking phenomenon is severe inside the coils of the dry bed and cold bed. I’m seeking advice from experts. Our plant uses a circulating fluidized bed; logically, the finished salt should remain in a fluidized state within the bed. If there is any blockage, it should occur in the upper or lower parts of the coils. So why are there so many lumps formed inside? It seems to me that these lumps form inside the coils themselves. The salt coming from the hot bed is already dry, with little moisture left. What is the reason for this caking?
Is it possible that the water pipe is leaking?
