Consultation on flue gas flow meter

Flue gas is to be measured at the sintering plant; the pipe dimensions are 5m*5m. The fan operates at 14,500 revolutions per minute, with a pressure of around 100 Pa and a temperature of 100 degrees. A flow meter needs to be selected for this purpose. Initially, I chose a Torbida flow meter; the manufacturer indicated that the differential pressure would be 277 Pa, which was sufficient for use. However, after installation on-site, the flow meter did not display any readings. The actual pressure measured was between -50 and 100 Pa, and the gas flow velocity in the pipes was so low that no differential pressure could be generated. I would like to ask if anyone among you has any better solutions for measuring flow rates, and what type of flow meter would be suitable for use in such conditions.
You could try a thermal mass flow meter, but with such a large diameter, the error will be relatively high. You can ask Hefei Comajet; their thermal types are quite good
