Does a mismatch between the inner diameter of the crude oil pipeline valve and the inner diameter of the pipeline affect ball passing?

Everyone, we’ve encountered a technical issue; please help us resolve it. For a crude oil pipeline, the valves are of DN250 size; the valve manufacturers produced them with an inner diameter of 252 in accordance with the API6D production standards. However, the specifications for the connecting pipes are 273.1*6.4, which means the inner diameter of those pipes should be 260.3. There is thus a difference of 8.3 millimeters between the two. The pig uses a scraper type (I have never seen one of this type; if there are any pictures, please provide them so I can learn more about it*). This makes me worry about potential jamming at the point where the valve connects to the pipe. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem? How to solve it? In cases like this, must the valves be manufactured according to the inner diameter requirements before placing the order for them?
If you produce it with an inner diameter of 252 in accordance with the API6D production standards, there should be no problem； You said the inner diameter of the pipes is all 260.3 ； The rubber-sleeve pig has an 8% interference fit ； Don’t worry. . . :)
