The catalysts and cracking agents used in refining units, as well as the production of solid catalysts in the petrochemical industry, belong to high-tech fields. These catalysts contain various harmful heavy metals, and the production process generates large amounts of dust. Recently, due to increasingly strict environmental regulations, strict monitoring is being carried out on the dust particles emitted by catalyst production facilities. The catalyst production process involves steps such as the dissolution and dispersion of metal salts, the loading and precipitation of support oxides, drying, shaping, calcination and decomposition, reduction, and aging. These catalyst production processes employ efficient gas-solid separation technology and equipment, which not only allows for the recovery of highly valuable catalyst particles but also reduces the concentration of such particles in the production environment and exhaust gases, thereby being of great significance for the health of production workers and environmental protection. Dear colleagues, please introduce the gas-solid separation technology and equipment used in light of the conditions of catalyst production processes in your own factories, so as to help everyone gain a better understanding of such equipment.
