Criteria for determining the size of the equipment base

A fan unit was recently delivered to the facility; the weight of the fan is around 4 tons, not including the weight of the motor, which is of the Y4-160KW model. At first glance, the base of the entire equipment appears to be very thin – the steel channels are about 6 units in thickness – which leads me to strongly suspect that the manufacturer has cut corners when constructing the base. A technical expert confirmed this suspicion. Are there any relevant standards available to check whether the base of this equipment meets the load-bearing requirements of this unit? What is the standard number?
When examining the stress distribution, strength and stiffness are assessed first; if it is merely a pressure-bearing base, no deformation should occur.
