Has the layout of HaiChuan been changed?

Today when I opened Haichuan, the layout is different from before. There are only one page for new posts and popular posts – are there no more pages?
It has been upgraded and revised, but it seems there are some issues; the same problem was asked in the \"Publication Affairs Area\".

Why isn’t anyone checking the layout? It’s clearly not working properly; it’s better to go back to the previous version
