Has the conductivity of pure methanol been measured? What method?
It was measured with the aim of comparing it to the standard sample set by oneself, to see if there is a significant increase in the impurities that are easily ionized in water within methanol. The method is simple: a 10% deionized water solution of the sample is measured using a conductivity meter.
Does a conductivity meter used to measure water samples affect the accuracy of measuring methanol samples?
