We produce liquefied natural gas from coke oven gas. The LNG purity at the outlet of the liquefaction cryogenic tank is satisfactory; however, the sample taken at the outlet of the loading pump after it enters the storage tank is unsatisfactory. What is the reason for this?
If the loading pump is substandard, which component is defective?
If it passes the checks after leaving the cold box and has a low methane content upon loading, check whether it meets the requirements through online analysis of the storage tank or manual analysis of the liquid in the tank. If it does not meet the standards, then examine the single-seal system of your storage tank to see if too much nitrogen has been introduced
