EDR heat exchanger simulation problem

The ASPEN EDR software simulates a fixed shell-and-tube heat exchanger, and a message appears stating that “there is an unsupported straight span of 2388.88mm, which exceeds the TEMA maximum allowable length for unsupported straight tubes”. What does this mean? How to solve it?
The spacing between the baffles is too large; try increasing the number of baffles.
The span of the unsupported straight pipe is too large; adjust the pipe length and the distance between the partitions
