What should I do? Is there any good way to solve this? If some of the root valves are opened, it returns to zero position – what can be done about that?

In your case, when having it recalibrated, the adjustment of the screw is necessary, but even after that it may not meet the required accuracy standards. It’s simpler to just use a new one
With pressure gauges, a bunch of problems arise once they are shipped to Xinjiang – there are issues with loading and unloading during logistics, and coupled with the large temperature differences between day and night in Xinjiang, that environment is extremely harsh for such instruments.
Replace it with a new one; a pressure gauge that has reached zero drift is no longer reliable, even if it has been calibrated properly.
If the zero drift is not significant and high precision and repeatability are not required, the adjustment screw on the pressure gauge can be used to reset it to zero.
It’s been a year already – why isn’t it recalibrated? I’m not sure what the maintenance strategy is at the poster’s workplace; it seems there are issues with maintenance management.
Gauge pressure meters need to be inspected every six months – it’s a requirement; did you fail to comply with this? ?
If it can’t be repaired, just replace it with a new one; ordinary ones aren’t very expensive either
