Are there any users of Nanjing Miura granulators? Could you recommend some suppliers for purchasing accessories? Specifically, I need parts for the distributor, rubber gaskets, springs, and metal bowls. Also, the steel belt of the granulator is always covered with water, and the scraper doesn’t manage to remove it – do you have any good solutions?

The problems arising from intermittent operation patterns in China, where operations proceed during the day shift and stop during the night shift, are issues that I believe even companies in Europe and the United States cannot resolve. 2. In China, I haven’t seen any company with a higher level of performance; there really isn’t much that can be done about it. It’s best to ask Mipu Company to handle it. 3. Problems of this kind should be brought to light in the production workshop as early as possible; the longer it is delayed, the harder it becomes to clarify things, and I mean it becomes difficult to explain them to the relevant management departments in the factory.
We are from Shanghai Ruibao. The problem with the infusion process is mainly that the rollers in the demolding groove aren’t tight enough; making them tighter will help improve the situation.
