Why can a 10KV transformer installed in Workshop Class A supply power only to that workshop and not to the adjacent workshop? Which standard requires this? I can’t find it.

According to the Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings, Article 3.3.14 (mandatory provision), substation rooms shall not be located within or adjacent to Class A and Class B factories, nor in areas prone to explosive gases or dust. Substation rooms rated at 10 KV or below and intended for use exclusively in Class A and Class B factories may be built adjacent to such factories provided that they are separated by a fire wall without any doors or openings. It shall also comply with the relevant provisions of GB50058.
