How does your device control oil in the rich liquid?
What methods do you mainly use for oil removal? If swirl separation or sedimentation in large tanks cannot remove the emulsified oil from the water, the concentration of organic substances in the liquid will increase. Generally, the presence of oil in the amine solution is caused by excessive levels of C5 components in the liquefied gas, or by fluctuations in the pressure of the dry gas system. It’s difficult to deal with an amine solution that has been contaminated by oil; at the moment, the only option I have is to replace the amine solution. I’m not sure if there are any better solutions
Isn’t the cost of replacing the desulfurization agent a bit high? The rich liquid flash tank has pressure oil lines, which can be used to pump the oil inside to the absorption and stabilization unit
