The pressure on the tube side is 0.2 Mpa, and the pressure on the shell side is 2.3 MPa. It’s a fixed-tube-sheet heat exchanger. Should the flanges for the tube side and shell side be selected based on the conditions on the tube side or those on the shell side? Thank you.
