I am seeking methods and technologies for desulfurizing raw coal with a sulfur content of 5%. Are there any other processes available besides mixing it with low-sulfur coal?
With this high-sulfur coal, the only option seems to be utilizing it for sulfur recovery; mixing it with other fuels can only provide a temporary solution rather than a permanent one.
Do you have any technical documentation on sulfur recovery before coal combustion?
There is still no good solution for solid desulfurization; the method of converting it into sulfur dioxide has too many drawbacks.
