What are the foundation anchor plates and formwork for the tower? Is there any standard that describes them? It would be best to include an illustration to explain it; I’m a bit confused

An anchor plate generally refers to one used with bolts; since bolts are relatively large and difficult to bend, an anchor plate is placed underneath them to enhance their fixation in the foundation. Template: When concrete is poured, it is in a semi-solid state and has a certain degree of fluidity; therefore, it is necessary to set up templates first before pouring the concrete, otherwise the concrete will not assume the shape required by the design. After the concrete has been cured for a certain period of time, the formwork can be removed. If the removed formwork is in good condition, it can be reused.
