Sludge dewatering machine, vibration problems with centrifuges

For the sludge dewatering machines, the centrifuges experienced excessive vibration. The bearings were replaced and the bolts were tightened, but the problem persisted. The rated speed is 4300; in one machine, vibration starts to increase once it reaches over 3000 RPM, while in another machine, the vibration increases intermittently, as if there’s a sudden force applied
There’s a problem with the dynamic balance; it needs to be adjusted.
