May I ask what kind of thermometer is used to measure the temperature of the liquid flowing inside the pipeline (which is at high temperature and pressure), and what is the principle behind it?
The temperature element is inserted into the pipeline; or some differential pressure flowmeters are equipped with an integrated temperature element for temperature measurement

It depends on the temperature and pressure; generally, when it’s above 500 degrees, a thermocouple is the better choice for measurement
