When is the best time to make business calls? We deal in titanium tubes and titanium electrodes, which are industrial products. What’s a good time to make business calls? Is it appropriate to call around 10 a.m.? I know that the other person gets off work at 5:30 p.m., so would it be fine to call at 5 p.m.? I hope you will kindly share your insights!
The question is whom are you calling, which department?
It’s better to work during the time in between starting and ending hours
It’s better to call during the breaks at work. At the beginning of the workday, there are many things to deal with; and towards the end of the day, if new tasks come up, one won’t have the energy to listen to your phone call.
Around 10 o’clock is fine; 5 o’clock is definitely not suitable, as it’s almost time to leave work, and hardly anyone wants to handle tasks at that time!
