I happened to have this standard to refer to during that period, and it seemed quite comprehensive. It would be better if there were more example images of the devices.
Compared to the original version, there aren’t many changes; for the parts that have been altered, explanatory notes have been added in the new version, which is a good thing.
Compared to the 1992 version, the 2009 version is more refined in terms of professional classification, organizational structure, and content adjustments, making it easier to find relevant information. However, the specific content of the provisions has not changed much, and the drawings accompanying the equipment layout use the 1992 version; these are not fully consistent with the content and detailed requirements of the 2009 version, failing to meet its more stringent stipulations.
