Nowadays, waste is generated during our production process, and this waste can be used by other companies for the production of lower-quality products. We must reposition it: is it solid waste or a by-product? Solid waste must be treated in accordance with the appropriate procedures for solid waste disposal, while by-products can be sold directly. The question is how to carry out the changes, such as obtaining legitimate business qualifications through legal channels.
Theoretically, as long as it is not a solid waste explicitly listed in the hazardous waste inventory, it can be treated as a by-product.
Go to the Administration for Industry and Commerce and ask how to change the business license, to add by-products (waste generated during production) to the scope of business specified on it.
