I’ve been at the company for almost four months now; I started working here right after graduating. The contract stated that it would take three months to become a full-time employee, but right from the beginning, two people from our group left. Perhaps to reassure us, the management said that it would take just two months to achieve full-time status. Two months have passed, and we’ve been waiting through the third month with no news regarding regularization. It’s now the end of the fourth month, and I just want to ask: is it possible to get regularization after all?
Go to the HR department, fill out an application for regularization; there is a form along with a work summary and feedback from supervisors, which need to be submitted
How can one break their promises? It’s frustrating to deal with companies like this. . . .
Don’t spend the beginning of your career in anxiety; make use of time to learn everything you can. A newcomer to a job is like a sponge – you need to keep absorbing knowledge. Whether you become a permanent employee or not is decided by the company, and there are various factors involved in that decision. The path you take from now on is up to you, with your ongoing level of learning being the key factor. Increasing your own value will bring you far fewer worries
Be serious and study properly! Our factory does the same thing – it’s been over half a year and I still haven’t become a full-time employee yet
You can ask your HR department about the process of becoming a full-time employee and see what they say. . . If your salary is different before and after becoming a full-time employee, it’s best to ask clearly when that will happen. . Furthermore, as stipulated by the Contract Law, after the probation period ends, if it is not stated that the probation period has not been passed, it is assumed that it has been passed. . .

You’re right, but right now we’re in a probationary period; the management doesn’t give us many opportunities to learn real skills – we can only do so once we become full-time employees
