I need to design some production equipment soon. Please allow me a couple of seconds to vent first. I’ve worked in various fields such as chemistry, materials science, synthesis, modification, and the internet industry; now I have to set up a set of equipment for production. I regret not studying chemical engineering principles properly back then – now those concepts seem like indecipherable text to me. . . It’s roughly a process of dissolving with strong alkalis, filtering, crystallizing, filtering again, and then drying. How would be the best way to set up the entire equipment process? I need some advice on how to choose materials and design for each step I also hope to meet some friends who work in equipment manufacturing, and I look forward to that in the future
Determine the process flow, calculate the process operation data, determine the sizes and models of all equipment, and complete the engineering design. . .
For example, I want to know what kind of equipment should be used to dry material that contains ethanol and water, so that the material does not clump together Do issues like these fall under equipment technology or product development?:)
Tank > Stirring > Filter > Centrifuge > Drying
I’m not quite sure about stirring in this tank – isn’t this process supposed to involve dissolution, stirring, centrifugation, and evaporation for concentration?? What I’m not quite sure about is, for example, I want to know what kind of container to use, what type of mixer is suitable, what equipment is best for centrifugation, and what’s appropriate for evaporation and concentration And if the centrifuged material contains ethanol and water, what kind of equipment should be used to dry it without it caking? Do questions like this fall under equipment technology or product development?

Please give more detailed guidance – what kind of 3-in-1 device is it?

A tank with a stirrer will also speed up the uniform dissolution
