Recently, the company assigned the task of investigating violations of regulations. How should such violations be investigated in the coking workshop and the chemical production workshop? Sea friends, please give some suggestions!
First, clarify the concept of the three violations. The three violations refer to giving illegal instructions, carrying out illegal operations, and violating labor discipline. Then just look it up based on the content, right? Failing to follow the procedures constitutes improper operation, while leaving one’s post, dozing off at work, or smoking in areas where smoking is prohibited are violations of labor discipline.
Illegal behaviors such as leaving one’s post, dozing off at work, smoking in no-smoking areas, going to work under the influence of alcohol, and frequently changing posts have almost disappeared; as a result, it’s difficult to detect them. And when trying to identify violations of operating procedures, there’s no clue where to start! :(I wonder if any of you colleagues have details regarding the violations of operating procedures in the coking workshop and the chemical production workshop?)
For example: 1. Before pushing out the coke, open the furnace lid in advance, but not more than 3 times – was this done? 2. The time the door remains open after it is removed by the coke car driver must not exceed 7 minutes. Was this complied with? (Certainly, this does not apply to cleaning the graphite or refilling the furnace.) 3. The temperature monitor may open no more than 6 fire viewing covers. ……
