Where can I find small centrifugal pumps and magnetic pumps?

I need to transport concentrated brine, requiring a low flow rate but high head – the flow rate is around 20L/t to 60L/t and the head needs to be over 11 meters. Where can I buy such magnetic pumps? ? Why is it so hard to find?
