Electric hoists are installed on the outside of steel structures. What is the safe lifting height? Is a lifting height of 60 meters too high? Do any of you marine enthusiasts have practical examples of its use?

First, confirm whether it is an electric hoist? If so, it definitely won’t work; electric hoists don’t have chains that long. Can’t we just use a winch directly on the outside?
