Apart from the fact that DSC might be unknown to those who are not experts in this field, I don’t see any difficulty in translating this sentence: Note: Applying intensive air contact a strong exotherm was observed above 160°C (after the melting) in the dynamic DSC under 5 bar oxygen atmosphere -> oxidation. Note: In an oxygen atmosphere of 5 bar, if air contact is increased, after the sample melts and the temperature exceeds 160°C, a strong exothermic reaction can be observed in the dynamic differential scanning calorimetry tests. This means that an oxidation reaction is taking place.
