As the title says. What types of valves should be used for superheated steam pipelines? (Medium-temperature and medium-pressure steam: 3.82 Mpa, 450°C); what is the material of the pipeline, and what about the material of the valves? It’s not necessary to use imported valves; for medium temperature and pressure applications, the best domestic brands will suffice. What are the best domestic brands? I’m hoping everyone can give some advice. Also, what types of valves are used for the heating steam (1.1 Mpa, 220°C)? Valve material (pipeline material is 20# seamless steel pipe)? Which are the reputable valve manufacturers? I’m begging everyone. Thank you all.
There’s no one here. Where is the great god of Haichuan?
Any manufacturer can handle this type of workload; there are so many of them that it’s impossible to list them all for you
Just give me a few at random then. Thank you.

Thank you, City Boy! How are the valves at the Shanghai power plant?
This post was last edited by City Boy on 2016-11-15 at 10:20. It’s not bad. When dealing with people from the South, be careful as there is a lot of fraud there; when receiving the goods, check the labels, certificates of conformity, and whether there are any trademarks on the product. Be careful not to buy fake products, especially regarding the roughness of the valve body and so on
In Shanghai, there are companies like Shanghai Sino-US Valves and Shanghai Gaocheng; both seem to be quite good
We have been using the valves manufactured by Shanghai Huanchu Instruments for several years now, and they seem to be fine; the quality is good.
