Today I went to the parent-teacher meeting for my son. Out of the six teachers, four praised him greatly, while the other two, having taken over the class in August this year and not being familiar with its situation, did not praise anyone. I was extremely happy to hear that my son had been praised; you see, he used to be ranked second among the 50 students in the class, but now he has risen to 18th place, with room for further improvement. I’m really glad. The teachers said that if he continues to work hard, he has a good chance of getting into a top university. I wish my son success in getting into his desired university!!!!

Because this counts as the teacher’s achievement. Back then, there were over 60 students in my class, and I was always among the top 20; I was at the minimum score required for a bachelor’s degree, but not necessarily high enough to be admitted. In the final assessment, I ended up in sixth place in the class. As a result, I failed the college entrance exam again. In the entire examination room, out of over 40 people, only 4 were admitted to undergraduate programs. There’s nothing to do about it – in rural areas, the enrollment rate is extremely low.
In fact, those who rank in the top 20 in their academic performance have the greatest chances of being admitted to first-tier universities, and they also have the most room for improvement. I wish the author’s son success in getting into a 985 university
