As a loyal fan of HaiChuan, I always check the HaiChuan forum whenever I use my phone. If I see an activity where answers are rewarded with points, I’m tempted to participate. I usually first check how many replies there already are in that post; once there are ten replies, I stop answering questions, as the original poster might not even see those answers. That’s why I’m careful when answering questions, and after responding I go back to the post to check my answer to see if it’s comprehensive enough. Recently, I’ve found that I reply to posts over a dozen times, but only get rated five or six times – which really disappoints me. In the past, every few times I answered a question, I would receive ratings that same day, but now… I just can’t help but sigh. I just want to say this: Some people post that there are rewards for answers or for participating, and they need to keep their promises. Don’t try to deceive us, the loyal fans of Haichuan, just to increase popularity or presence. The fans of Haichuan have sharp eyes, and I hope those who act arrogantly will behave properly.
As long as it’s a reply that isn’t nonsense, I will give points as appropriate; I keep my word.
I agree with the original poster’s view: users who are consistently and actively involved, as well as their related posts, should receive higher scores. The issue raised by the original poster is also related to the rating* habits of the moderators in charge of this forum. Some moderators rate every post they read, while others are the same user who selects the ratings. But most of them reflect the principle of participation with rewards; it’s just a matter of when.

For posts from several months ago, I usually update the scores regularly; those from within a week are generally addressed right away. As for posts from months ago, sometimes when a score is assigned later, I just reply with something like \"Thank you\" or \"Received\", and that’s it. Scores are generally updated on a regular basis, and as long as the reasoning is sound, a score will be given. At that time, I didn’t set up automatic score assignments out of concern that someone might take advantage of the situation. If there are any delays in assigning scores for the Q&A sessions in the Petrochemical region, I apologize in advance, as there are actual tasks to carry out. I have the habit of regularly going back to check the ratings on historical posts*; I never fail to do so.
Ladies and gentlemen, I think I should explain that I posted this not to attack anyone. I just wanted to share my views on some recent events; it’s not aimed at anyone in particular. Especially those managers who post constantly offering rewards for information – most of you work part-time and have a hard time, which is understandable. But since you post offering rewards, it’s only fair to make that clear upfront: those who reply first and are correct will receive the reward, while those who reply later, even if their answers are correct, won’t get any reward. This way, there won’t be a single post followed by dozens of replies that overwhelm you with requests for ratings. My goal is to see Haichuan grow better and more organized over time. I hope that the management team will come up with creative ideas regarding reward systems, to find more effective ways to do this; after all, for fans, responding to posts with rewards is the most direct and effective way to earn money.
