I was wondering if anyone has specific plans or operating procedures for tank replacement? It’s not just about starting work for replacement purposes
How should I give it to you? We have just inspected 32 liquefied gas cylinders
Who can send it? Does anyone have the original plan for starting work? For reference only:D
This post was last edited by slll611 on 2016-12-12 at 20:12: Inject nitrogen to raise the pressure to 1.5 times the operating pressure; conduct a leak check for airtightness; release the pressure and vent the gas; analyze the oxygen content (the standard should be determined based on the medium to be stored). Once the standards are met, collect the oil; if not, start over from step 1

Shut-down replacement: Generally, the oil is first completely pumped out through the liquid level at the bottom of the tank. Replace with nitrogen again, releasing pressure to the flare system during the first two cycles. Later, the tank top and tank bottom can be depressurized separately or simultaneously as needed. It is generally required that the combustible gas level in the tank be less than 0.2% v/v. It needs to be replaced about 5 or 6 times.
