rt, using htri 6.0, PJ version. A \"run failed\" message is displayed when calculating the air cooler. The run log reads as follows: This version of the program has not been properly installed and will not run. Please check the instructions that came with the CD for the proper procedure for installing the program. It says the installation is incorrect, but there’s no problem when calculating it as a shell-and-tube heat exchanger. Seeking answers from experts
