During normal operation, the heat exchange efficiency in the convection section of the hydrogen production converter is poor. How should this be addressed? No ash removal device is installed in the convection section; if online treatment isn’t possible, how should it be cleaned after the plant stops operating? Do I have to replace it with a new one? No need; ash should account for only a very small fraction and can be ignored. Your air preheaters must be severely corroded! It’s not just the issue of low smoke exhaust temperature
